Returns and Refunds Policy

All purchases made either through this website (www.wrestlezonescotland.co.uk), our partners at Ringside World and Printful, or directly from WrestleZone Scotland, are done so under the Consumer Protection Act (1987) and offer you the following protections;
Section 1 - Live Event Tickets
Tickets purchased for upcoming events have a standard 14-day return policy, allowing you to receive a refund on a request for a return in the event of tickets purchased in error.
After 14 days from purchase, there is no ability to return Live Event Tickets. We will endeavour to help you re-sell tickets through our Facebook page.
We reserve the right to change the date and or location and or time of Live Events.
If this occurs, all customers who have purchased tickets to Live Events will be entitled to the following options;
a) equivalent tickets to the rescheduled event;
b) exchange for equivalent tickets to a future event;
or
c) a full refund (minus the booking fee).In the event of changes to our schedule, we will endeavour to contact all ticket holders and arrange these options within 14 days of changes being announced.
There is no requirement to print tickets purchased through Ringside World; we hold a list of all ticket holders and presentation of your details will permit ticketholder entry to Live Events.
Physical tickets purchased must be presented to gain entry to Live Events.

Section 2 - WrestleZone Online Shop
Goods purchased through the WrestleZone Online Shop on www.wrestlezonescotland.co.uk have a 28-day returns policy. Goods purchased in error must be returned at your own expense, and a refund (minus any delivery costs) will be provided. Returned goods must be in the condition they were purchased in.
Section 3 - WrestleZone Live Event Shop
Goods purchased at live events may be returned within 2 hours of purchase at the Live Event location and a full refund will be provided. Returned goods must be in the condition they were purchased in.
Section 4 - Printiful Store
Goods purchased through our Printiful store are subject to the returns policy of our partner available at: https://www.printful.com/uk/policies/returns
Section 5 - Faulty Goods
In the event of a purchased good being found to be faulty, we will endeavour to replace this within 14 days of purchase as per the Consumer Protection Act 1987), or offer a full refund if no replacement is available.
